COVID19 Update

Due to the very rapidly changing situation related to COVID-19, we are taking additional precautionary measures within our clinic to keep our staff safe while continuing to provide essential patient care.

Effective Tuesday, March 24, only clinic personnel will be allowed inside all areas of the clinic until further notice.  Exceptions will be made for end of life situations.

Veterinary staff will meet clients outside and bring pets in for care. During this time, services will be limited, and some existing non-essential appointments and surgeries will need to be rescheduled. Clinic staff will contact clients directly with information about any changes.

For veterinary visits of any kind, please call us to schedule an appointment time as usual.  When you arrive for the appointment, please remain in your car and call us at 920-623-3366.  Please let us know on the phone if you are feeling ill or have traveled out of state or country, so that we may take extra precautions to protect our health.

Our veterinary professionals will discuss your needs by phone and a staff member will come to the parking lot to bring your pet into the building.  If our phone lines are busy, please feel free to come to the front porch area if there are no other clients waiting there.  A staff member will meet you there, get your name and pet’s name, and direct you on how to proceed.

After the veterinarian evaluates your pet, they will call you to discuss recommendations and to get a plan moving forward. Verbal consent for treatment and details surrounding financial estimates will be authorized via this phone call.

The veterinarian or veterinary technician will return your pet to you once all treatments or procedures have been completed.  They can address any other questions or concerns you may have and discuss any medications dispensed.

If you are needing to just pick up medication or pet food refills, please call at least 3 hours in advance if possible.  We will take your order as well as get a credit card over the phone to process when ready.  When you arrive at the clinic, please call us and we will bring your products out to you.  You are also welcome to submit requests via our online Pet Portals or via email.

Because of this unprecedented situation, our goal is to make sure our staff remain healthy and are able to continue to care for our patients—your beloved pets.
